In case you missed it Drake recently released new music via his OVO Sound Radio Show on Beats 1. The rapper released one song in particular called “Two Birds, One Stone,” where he called out Pusha T and Kid Cudi.
“But really, it’s you with all the drug dealer stories that’s gotta stop though, You made a couple chops and now you think you Chapo, If you ask me though you ain’t lining the trunk with kilos, You bagging weed with all your n—– watching Pacino,” was the diss towards Pusha T.
“You were the Man on the Moon, now you go through your phases, Life of the angry and famous,” are the lyrics towards Cudi.
Fans showed that they were upset about these call outs, and Drake responded to the fans on social media who criticized him for dissing both Pusha T and Kid Cudi.
One fan wrote to Drake on Instagram and said “Pusha is going to wax you.” Drake responded saying “they know how I’m rockin free” with a devil head and a smoke emoji. “Used to have a little respect for you after finding out you have a ghostwriter, but dissing Kid Cudi is going too far. F**k you, man.” Drake responded to the angered fan. “@nohakelly mans need to stop mentioning my name when they get geeked supposed to be all love out here word to my bro Pablo,” Drake responded.
Drake’s Kid Cudi diss comes after Cudi called him out on Twitter, however, the beef with Pusha T goes way back to 2012 when Pusha T released the song “Exodus 23:1.” Pusha also continued to throw shots at Drake in his 2015 song, “Crutches, Crosses, Caskets.” Although Pusha T said in a Funk Flex interview the shots weren’t at Drake it seems Drake still felt the need to say how he felt about Pusha.
It will be interesting to see where this all goes.
